"[...] Ce journal représentant en quelque sorte mon suivi psychologique, notons que certaines idées noires sont revenues, à ma plus grande déception. Envie/besoin d'isolement, les gens me sont étrangers en ce moment, les moments de rires et de sourirs légers : rares et fugaces. Peut-être ai-je arrêté ma thérapie trop tôt, peut-être que les gens, peut-être que moi je n'arriverai jamais à gérer ce foutu inconscient, peut-être que ces périodes passent et reviennent tout simplement... mais que jamais on ne les gère, elles sont peut-être toujours supérieures à une raison raisonnable. Tout ce que je demande c'est u mois d'octobre sans catastrophe pour une fois depuis trois ans: pas de père dans le coma, pas de copine qui me quitte et se jette dans les bras d'une autre, pas de tentative de suicide du haut d'un pont devant moi... tant que j'y suis j'aimerai un fin d'année pas trop merdique... j'aimerai aussi terminer ce journal avec... la tête reposée, les épaules pas trop lourdes, sans me sentir perdue... j'aimerai juste temporiser, exorciser ce mal-être de fin d'année ... attendre d'avoir mes deux pieds bien sur terre pour encaisser les coups ( ou pas... si il n'y en n'a pas je me plainds pas...) [...] "
