Y a des jours
Y a des jours où on se sent faible et inutile. Trop faible pour se supporter soi même, trop faible pour vivre. C'est un jour comme ça, c'est un jour comme ça depuis longtemps. Des fois j'ai l'impression d 'être enfermée et d'étouffer. Alors je fuis, le plus loin possible je cherche de l'air. Mais me déraciner me fait tout aussi mal comme si on arrachait une racine à un arbre millénaire comme si je vivais, en réalité, continuellement loin de moi même. Je crois que je suis enfermée dans mon propre esprit. Ca ressemble à un début d'analyse que mon médecin m'aurait difficilement fait avouer. J'ai des problèmes comme tout le monde. Peut-être que je suis folle ou juste malade. Certaines de mes phrases le laissent penser. Pourtant je ne pense être ni l'une ni l'autre. Peut-être pas adapter au monde et à la société...
Peut etre que le monde est devenu trop dur pour y vivre et que seul les être forts y survivent. Peut-être suis-je trop faible et trop inutile. Pourtant je sais que je peux être tellement forte...
Comment une personne tellement pleine de paradoxe et de contradiction arrivera un jour à trouver un équilibre? Je ne suis bien que de deux manières : en fuyant mes pensées ( je dis toujours qu'il ne faut pas trop penser et accepter parfois de se dire " parce que c'est comme ça" mais ça m'est totalement impossible) ou près de toi. Dans tout les autres cas, quand je me retrouve seul face à moi même c'est la maladie qui s'installe, les idées malsaines, les peurs, les tourments, le vide... je me tue moi-même. Et dieu sait que j'aime ma vie et que je veux vivre...
